Project: A 13,000 sq ft redevelopment of a well known music venue to high quality office accommodation in Edinburgh.
Product: In its previous life it had been Edinburgh’s favourite live band spot. Plum Developments and Five Square rechristened it ‘the creative beat in heart of the capital’ and released their stand-out production: the double album brochure.Client: Grosvenor
